It seems the date of the picture predates that of a postcard of a similar scene that was posted in 1918.

To the very left of the photograph is a building with a bell in a small tower on the roof. This is the current Fulbourn pre-school, and there still remains the base of the structure that holds the bell, but nothing above that.
